To all the Dads out there. Have a great Father’s Day.
This culture tells you that you are not important. The job market may demean your work ethic efforts. The value to your family is invaluable! Don’t allow society to tell you that you’re useless in the family.
The role of a father never changes, no matter how many people tell us that we are no big deal.

Fathers, never give in to the lies that your role is less important than a mother’s.
Your role is more important. The numbers don’t lie. Fatherless homes have more problems when it comes to crime, school dropout numbers and teen pregnancy (Statistics will be added a few weeks from now via Sunday Study on week of 6-27-2021).
We fathers are not perfect, but our importance to our wives and children is eternal.
Kids with dads going to church tend to stay in church.
Kids with moms going to church and dads staying home, are less likely to stay in church as adults.
Dad, your children will watch and learn from what you do. They may not say it, but you are the biggest influence in their lives

So here’s to all the dads that stumble and fumble around, but yet you’re there for your wives and family. You’re appreciated.
I encourage you to be the 1st to get up, the 1st to get ready, and the 1st to go through the door on Sunday’s. You may not see your Father (male role model) influence, but your kids are watching and taking cues from you and you alone!
