The Hebrew Aleph-Best was once a very simple language where every letter had a meaning. One reading this ancient text, would identify each letter with specific meanings. Even the letters represent a number. When the Israelites were taken into the 70 year captivity, their language took a dramatic twist. The meanings were still there, but the letters had changed. They went from ancient Hebrew, to the more identifiable letters that we see today. The insightful, important & valuable letters became unknown after this. Two extremely important letter, the Aleph or first letter, and the Tav or last letter of the Hebrew alphabet were lost in translation….
