To many, it’s a sense of belonging.
To a few, it’s a sense of wanting to leave.
Still, to a small minute percentage, it’s a place where you foolishly and childishly destroy your own.
WOULD IT BE FOOLISH TO:
In the early 1940s, Hitler’s Germany wanted world domination. It started invading neighboring countries, and no one did a thing about it.
Was Hitler a bully? Yes. Did Hitler and the Nazis deserve retaliation from the rest of the world? Yes.
But how would it have looked if:
The British started bombing London because Hitler invaded Poland and Chechoslovakia, taking over those lands.
Or the United States declaring war on California, destroying San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego, because they were angry and fed up with Hitler bombing the Allies?
Or Australia destroying all its natural resources to protest what the Germans were doing to the Jewish and Romani people?
HOW SMART TO DESTROY YOUR COMMUNITY:
How ignorant is it to destroy your own community.
Why would someone get so angry that they would burn down stores, houses, community centers, etc.?
MOST OWNERS LIVE IN COMMUNITY:
The same stores where these unwise people have taken their anger on, instead of going to protest 1,900 miles away, where the incident started.
Why are parents allowing the kids to write signs saying No Justice—No Peace?
Do they even know what that means?
Do they realize they are teaching their kids to destroy their community?
I would ask the parents who are allowing their children, no matter the age, if their kids go out and destroy someone else’s property, they will be held responsible for their kids’ immature actions!
A COMMUNITY HOLDS EACH PERSON RESPONSIBLE:
Why? This is what a real community does. It holds people responsible for their actions.
That cop that Killed George Floyd needs to be held responsible by the community he and the rest of the other cops serve.
Justice is not served 1,900 miles away by destroying people’s lives.
Bricks and rocks being thrown into properties in our communities will not bring George Floyd or his family peace and real justice!
Killing others for the sake of getting justice, in itself, is an injustice to those innocent lives.
One corrupt cop who knew George Floyd while working security in a club, doesn’t justify the hateful atrocities done to others.
ELECTED OFFICIAL SHOULD NEVER INCITE VIOLENCE:
I don’t know the whole story, but I do know this, no one, not the protesters, elected representatives, have any right to incite, engender, or go along with violent behaviors. NOT ONE ELECTED OFFICIAL!
Those that turn their heads the other way instead of condemning what these violent protesters have done should be taken out of office immediately. We have lost the ability to know peaceful demonstrations.
NO PEACE AND JUSTICE WILL COME UNTIL:
Jesus tells us that the only peace that transforms people is the peace He gives ( John 14:27 ). There can’t be true peace until individuals come to terms that their hearts are desperately wicked and corrupt ( Jeremiah 17:9 ).
CHRISTIANS NEED TO POINT PEOPLE TO CHRIST:
Jesus tells us that there will always be violent agitators, but not to worry because He has overcome the world, and His followers can too ( John 16:33 ).
As Christians, we need to light up the world for Christ. This darkness is invasive, but Christ is the Light of the world ( John 8:12 ), and His followers will never again walk in darkness.
WHY WE CAN’T JUDGE VIOLENCE:
As Christians, we can’t get angry at the violence we are seeing, the real war has escalated. Satan and his minions have started with deadly force. The forces of evil are not content. They want to take as many people to hell as possible. I know that this word is not popular today.
But hell is still hell. Hell is still admitting poor, ignorant, and violent souls. Hell does not sleep. Hell cares only about one thing— to bring as many people in as possible.
And Satan did not like Pastors defying him by opening up their churches to worship once again!
OUR MISSION IS COMMUNITY:
Our mission is community. Not 1,900 miles away. As the violence escalates, we must also intensify, showing people how to go from—No Peace to Knowing Real Peace. From No Justice to—Knowing Righteous Justice!
Christians turn the violent to Christ. This is the only way we will have people—Know Jesus and Know True Peace!
When this happens, the Unity in Community will be fulfilled….
When Mayors, Governors, and Congressional Leaders are followers, they will do what the crowd mentality tells them to…next post…
