A Holy Day No One Can Ban or Stop! |Thanksgiving 2020

Every year throughout this country, an incredible thing happens. Millions upon millions of people come together with family. From small-towns to big cities, people will be getting together this week to be thankful. There is a lot to be thankful for this year… Circumstances have not changed since March. Different cities in different states have become bastions of freedom, while others have constrained the nooses even tighter on their citizens, forgetting who they work for and represent.

Mandate after mandate has been proclaimed. Rule after rule has been pushed. And the people of this country are not going to listen anymore. Because there are two holy days that people will not miss.

Oscar Roca

As I write this, the Thanksgiving holiday rush has started in the airports all over this country. No mandate or proclamation will stop people from getting together with their families. No governor or mayor or law enforcement, will sway people from coming together for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

It is Tuesday, November 24, 2020. In two days all of America will be commemorating One of the most sacred days. People that are not infused in the American culture cannot understand the importance of Thanksgiving, especially for the Christian population. The importance of this holiday is a vital part of what our nation is all about, but more importantly what our spiritual side is all about.

You see this country was founded no matter what or who is trying to change the history of this precious founding….. No matter how many revisionist ideologies come in the future… No matter what foreign representatives that are not infused in this culture say about America… Thanksgiving was founded on one thing and one thing alone-

With the help from Native Wampanoag indians we were able to survive and build a successful colony here in this new world. Nothing would have been able to happen if the indians never came to our aid. They were so friendly and taught us how to grow crops, build shelter, hunt for food, many other things.

Young Lady Priscilla Mullins Life on the Mayflower Journal

To thank the Creator’s providence upon the fledging tiny colony of people that came to be free to worship however they wanted to worship. This freedom of worship was as pure as a religious faith could be at that time. You see, in the 1600 and 1700s, Kings and rulers would tell their citizens what and how they could worship.

The people that landed on Plymouth Rock had one thing in mind. They wanted to start a type of utopia where they could worship the God of the Bible freely and without bias.

Oscar Roca

Their utopia started as a socialist experiment where everyone would share the fruits of everyone’s labor. They quickly realized that this type of system would never work. It would take people to work hard on their own, and to reap their own benefits and rewards. It would take these original pilgrims who came with zero slaves, only their families, and belongings to start something new.

Contrary to what the revisionist historians are saying now, these people had no desire to own slaves or to kill the natives that were here.

Oscar Roca

I personally know someone who is a descendent of these people. They were here for one thing, and one thing alone—to live free from the king of England’s grasp. They had left England years before and settled in Holland. Even though they considered themselves subjects of England, these colonists did not want to worship how the king wanted them to worship.

These new Americans came to live free or die trying.

They settled in villages that had been deserted by the Native Americans because of the plagues that had ravished the area where the new settlers landed on.
Now back to this wonderful holiday… We have a lot to be thankful for. Even during this time of trial that our nation is going through, we can still celebrate with family.
Coming together to thank God that all of us are still here. Yes, there were casualties. Yes, every death is a tragedy. But we must always remember to be thankful. This is still an incredible nation to live in.

Giving Thanks to God has always been in our History

And just like the pilgrims who came to worship God the way they wanted to – freely. As Americans, we must listen to God and always thank Him for what He has done in our lives, and in the lives of our families….

Oscar Roca

No matter what a mayor, governor or Congress person says… I will be celebrating with all my family. Because this holiday is not about eating turkey and all the fixings that come with it. Thanksgiving is a day to remind ourselves to be humble enough and come together as a family, and thank God for His provisions…
