“…4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.…”
Paul’s letter to the Ephesians, chapter 4, verses 4-6
Berean Study Bible
Today is International Women’s day. A day that we are supposed to celebrate women all over the world. Isn’t it sad that we need governments to tell us what to honor and when to celebrate something?
There shouldn’t be a day for us to recognize the value of all women and what they do to better our society. Proverbs 31 explains it all. So I wish to acknowledge all women(especially in my family), and let know that you are loved by the Creator of the universe!
Know that you don’t need to serve man in a role beneath, but be there alongside him. Eve was created from Adam’s rib and not his foot! Know that you can’t be mistreated but treated like royalty. You are all queens and princesses of His court. You don’t need anyone to legitimize you to make you feel good. You don’t lord over men either. Allow the men in your life the respect to move mountains for you and your loved ones. Whisper to them that they can do all things through Christ, which strengthens them!
Both you and your men will conquer all things that God has set before you. Why do I know this?
Use your talents for His will and not man’s! But don’t fight men! Fight the enemy who likes to divide and conquer. His name is Satan and his dark forces who don’t want your families united in one body, Spirit, hope, one Lord, faith; God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all…
Today I celebrate my wife and the women in my life….ladies, by being in my life, you have made me a better man….
